The Venerable Follett Library Books Company asked us to re-evaluate their position in the marketplace, as well as their name because they now offered video, DVD, and other non-traditional library products. After conducting research and client/customer interviews, we redefined Follett’s positioning and developed a new logo with a modification of their name that better represented the company and its current and future offerings.
